C4GT Hub – Code 4 Good Tech Hub

The C4GT Hub is a structured multi-year learning and internship program designed by RCTS at IIIT Hyderabad. It enables students from Tier 2 & Tier 3 colleges to build strong foundations in AI/ML and Full-Stack Development through guided learning, hands-on engineering practice, and industry-aligned project work.

Students progress through a comprehensive pathway that includes technical training, team-based problem solving, open-source contributions, and continuous mentorship from faculty, industry experts, and alumni. The program emphasizes real-world engineering discipline using collaborative workflows, version control, and production-oriented development practices.

By their final year, top-performing students become eligible for a Capstone Internship (5 month, full-time, paid) with academic and industry partners, creating a seamless transition from learning to professional experience
