DMP

The Dedicated Mentoring Program (DMP) is C4GT’s flagship initiative that enables organisations to accelerate the development of high-impact Digital Public Goods (DPGs). Through DMP, organisations gain access to skilled contributors who work under the guidance of expert mentors to solve real, population-scale technology challenges. Over a focused 3-month period, contributors support critical modules, strengthen open-source components, and bring fresh energy, innovation, and execution capacity to ongoing projects. DMP helps organisations build sustainable tech talent pipelines while advancing the long-term maintenance and evolution of essential open-source infrastructure.

IFP

The C4GT Impact Fellowship Program enables organisations to engage a pre-trained, industry-ready talent pool to advance their priority tech-for-good initiatives. Designed as a structured, 5-month full-time engagement, the fellowship provides organisations with skilled interns trained in AI/ML, full-stack development, and open-source practices, supported throughout by RCTS IIIT Hyderabad. With clear scoping, regular reviews, and dedicated mentorship, organisations gain reliable execution capacity, fresh perspectives, and long-term contributors who can strengthen the development of high-impact digital solutions.

Open Community

The C4GT Open Community enables organisations to strengthen and scale their Digital Public Goods by tapping into a vibrant, skilled contributor ecosystem. By opening up well-scoped issues, organisations gain high-quality contributions, enhanced product visibility, and sustained community-driven innovation. With a structured process—standardized ticket formats, discoverability through the C4GT GitHub integration, and active engagement via Discord—organisations can run PoCs, accelerate feature development, improve documentation, and build long-term contributor pipelines. The community-led model ensures sustainability, faster iteration, and meaningful adoption of DPGs across the ecosystem.

OnBoarding

We run onboarding sprints for new partner organizations, where they can post low-complexity tickets on our Open Community table. We then match these tasks with contributors from our existing community and ensure they are resolved. This helps organizations experience the quality and reliability of our contributor network firsthand and encourages deeper engagement with us going forward.
