This project focuses on delivering resilience-building content to Front Line Workers (FLWs) in the most time-efficient and engaging manner. By reviewing existing materials and research data, the contributor built a solid understanding of the app, resilience-building strategies, and the needs of current users. Throughout the project, new content ideas or presentation formats were developed as prototypes or mock-ups and tested with relevant users. Feedback from these tests were incorporated to make multimedia content that enhanced engagement and interactivity.

Hari Priya, a graduate in Fashion and Lifestyle Accessories Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology, Chennai. She is passionate about user-centric design and its potential for societal impact. Her diverse work experience spans industries such as Ed-tech and post-consumer waste management. Through her collaboration with Dimagi, she aspires to make a meaningful difference in the lives of frontline workers.

Key Impact Takeaways:

  1. Two User Acceptance Tests carried out; 1 virtually with Helpage India and the other one in-person with EducateGirls.
  2. Contributor Hari Priya developed different types of multimedia including animated videos, sequential information presentation with gifs, and quizzes with visuals, which were tested with new and experienced users of the WellMe app.
  3. The new multimedia created resonated positively with the users, and insights regarding changes to improve multimedia and topics to prioritise were gathered.
  4.  This project will impact the lives of 800+ Front Line Workers living across 6 countries.”
