When it comes to the Changemaker portfolio, users are unable to understand the meaning and significance of the skill badges and how these skills are related to the actions the Changemakers took. This lack of clarity hinders the platform’s goal of facilitating opportunities for young people based on their documented skills and actions. The approach is to design is to highlight the work or actions the Changemaker has done and filter the actions based on the skill badges they get from the respective actions. We also included a tooltip option on which a user can hover to learn the meaning of the skill badge.
