In India, there are over 20,000 welfare schemes, yet many citizens remain unaware of the benefits available to them. Even with platforms like Haqdarshak curating thousands of these schemes, awareness and accessibility are still limited, particularly in industries like banking, FMCG, and healthcare that serve large customer bases. To address this challenge, we developed a Node.js microservice that facilitates scheme discovery and intent resolution through interconnected modules. The BPP Webhook API processes incoming requests and returns relevant data on available welfare schemes. It integrates with external services such as OneNetwork, Vistaar, and Kuza, and routes requests dynamically based on domain. The service is designed to be easily integrated into various platforms, enabling real-time scheme discovery for their customers.
