Our project focuses on enhancing the user experience of the Bahmni HIS patient portal app. Currently, the app’s interface is basic, making it difficult for patients to easily access their medical records, prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and appointment details. Our goal is to redesign the app for a more intuitive and secure user experience, ensuring that critical health information is easily retrievable at a glance. Our approach includes streamlining the layout, improving document access and downloads, and enhancing security measures to build trust. By making the design extensible, we aim to accommodate future functionality without the need for major redesigns.
